Existing warehouse on South Side of Orland Park, IL has been transferred into profitable renting spaces. Existing one story 20 feet ceiling height storage area, previously used as a warehouse and repair shop for local company now serving as "office mall". Existing space has been divided into two separate floors including elevator and dramatic main entrance with two story foyer. Our company provided all services in schematic design development, design and construction documentation including full project execution construction services.
